The registration fee includes the online open access proceedings, coffee breaks, all social events (including the traditional skirace) as well as daily lunches, with early registration applicable if received by November 14, 2025.
Participants interested in receiving a hardbound printed copy of the proceedings can order them at additional costs when registering for the conference.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Refunds: up to November 14, 2025 50% of fee, after November 14, 2025 no refund possible
Payments will be refunded if the conference will be canceled by the organizer. In that case, the organizer will have no further liability to the client. Registrations remain valid if the conference has to be postponed.
